20 Henry Street Lofts / Marketing Materials

20 Henry Street was developed by Fortis Properties and marketed by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. This historic factory building in Brooklyn Heights was renovated into thirty-eight luxury loft condos. The visual design takes its cues from the neighborhoods’ cobblestone streets, brick facades, townhouses, vintage gas street lights, and wrought iron gates. The project included logo design, a booklet showcasing the original factory building with a modern addition, CGI interior and exterior renderings, neighborhood photography, sidewalk-bridge/construction facade graphics, website and large format floorpans.
